The frequency of your workouts depends on your fitness goals and current fitness level. I recommend at least 2-3 workouts per week for optimal results. Keeping in mind your results will always be a direct reflection of your efforts. But, once we start I wont let you quit until you reach your goal(s).

It depends on the severity of the injury. I recommend consulting with your doctor before starting any exercise program. If cleared, I can modify your workouts to accommodate your injury or work on an completely different body part until the healing process has finished.
